My Success Scheduling FP+ Reservation for Anna & Elsa

For those of us with trips in April whom have been trying to schedule FP+ for A&E since they opened up and have been unsuccessful, try to schedule between 6 and 8 am WDW time. I have been trying to schedule A&E at MK since the FP+ came out a couple of weeks ago. I would constantly check throughout the day and in the evenings for availabilities. The best time that I was able to nab was at the same time that our flight was leaving for home. I started checking early AM starting on Monday. After three days of catching different times/dates for A&E I was finally able this morning able to find a FP time that fit with our other scheduled FP's. Moral of the story, log on early and be persistent. You may have to settle for a time to ensure that you get the FP but keep trying, you may be able to find a more perfect time if you keep checking. Just my two cents, good luck.

FYI - Our trip is in 11 days. With the popularity of A&E right now, I feel relieved.

Ditto. My trip is in May, all FP+'s were gone, and then yesterday i was able to snag 2 with overlapping times, and then luckily this morning grabbed a 3rd that also had an overlapping time.

Persistence is definitely key.

When I got into my FP+, A & E don't even come up at all...does that just mean they are no times available for that day?

Does anyone know? When I first booked my FP+ for our May trip (21-25), A & E were greyed out, but I could see their little pic.

Now, nothiing comes up at all.

If you try to change an activity, at least for me, they do not show up at all. If I try to get a brand new activity on a day I didn't have anything, then they show up, greyed out.

Are you using MDE mobile app or on a computer? I've had times not show up on the app but did show up on the computer and vice/versa. If it is greyed out, it may also say next to it "Standby Available," which tells me all FP's are taken.

My dates April 17-27. All days are greyed on home computer with Standby Available listed only when doing a NEW ... if changing my current it does not appear at all... and on my cell phone app no appear at all.

One thing that I did do differently is select the FP+ for only one person in our group and then copy the FP to the other members in the party. When I tried to select for the entire party I was having problems getting A&E to show up as a possible FP+ selection.

Keep in mind, Anna and Elsa will leave princess fairy tale hall in the early evening. If you are trying to get a FP for later in the day they won't be available.

The latest FP I had seen was I believe 3 to 4pm. With their popularity, you would think they would keep them longer into the evening.

I wouldn't necessarily expect to be pushed out the door if you have a later FP+ time. The girls will obviously stay to accomodate those who have FP+ to see them (though I would expect the standby line to be cut off well before 4pm as far as seeing A & E.)

The problem I would see potentially happeneing with a later in the afternoon FP+ is that your wait might be a bit longer because the queue will have had time to fill with all of those ahead of you with FP+ filling it up as they return along with what I predict will be an immense standby crowd also waiting to get in.

I just released 3 A&E FPs for April 30th...just in case someone needs them.

I was able to get FIVE for our first day at the Magic Kingdom! Now, our whole family can go together.

Tips: I have seen A&E FPs open up everyday around 11-12 EST. I think that the closer you get to your date, the more FPs will open up. (Maybe people cancelling travel plans, maybe Disney releasing more, maybe some just changed their mind, maybe dining reservations?) All of the times that I have seen, were right around lunch time, so it is possible that the dining plans are the key change.

Wooo. Just got 2!!!! It was WORK but got 2. We are a party of 6, but the 3 year old girl and Mommy will take these two. When I put in one it appeared. Clicked but this came up...

Chatted with customer relations. Was told is probably sold out but the box still showing due to glitch. She worked with me for a while and said system was bouncing between 0 and 2 open. Not sure if computer was off, people canceling and picking up, or what. 5 min later I tried again and BOOM, got 2 for noon to 1.

It won't let me change others to mirror these 2. Says full and replaced with Mickey meet and greet instead.
