So let me tell you about the cast.

Me- a teenager. GASP Yes, but I'm very mature, so please don't judge me :)
DM- She is a completely over-obsessive planner, as I am, and loves to change things 50 million times.
DF- He's just along for the ride, and doesn't care what we do.

Okay, so last September we all decided we were in dyer need of our Disney Fix. So we started to plan. Originally it was going to be in June, and with my friend Sara. But it has changed so many times. We had it booked for Christmas, then Spring Break, then November, and Finally we decided on September.

And we needed a long trip, because we haven't been in a while. So we decided for 15 nights. And one day in Sea World because my mom just HAD to. September 21- October 6. Perfect dates. And we've bought tickets to MNSSHP.

I hear it's going to be such a fun party.

I don't know what else to say really. I'll update it when we have more information. ;)

On your SW day, mom should look into the backstage tours. They are cheap (the price may have gone up since I paid $7 pp (in addition to admission, ofcourse:cutie: ) We have done the antartic one where we got to touch a baby penguin, and also the terrors of the deep, where we learned quite a bit about sharks etc:goodvibes

BTW~ stay away from the hot dogs at Shamu Stadium (unless you like your dog ice cold, and bun stale enough to use as a weapon:laughing: )
Just for the record, there was a decent italian CS, and also one that had fried chicken at the time~ Have a great time:woohoo:

Just incase the 'rents are interested, there's also a little mini beer seminar (free!) with a tasting included. Have them check at the Anheiser Bush building about signing up (DH even got a little beer tasters certificate that looked like a diploma of some sort. He was pleased

Wow, that sure was a change of planning. Glad you decided finally and what a nice long vacation. Is your friend going with you yet.

In 2000, it was our very first WDW trip ever. I was 8. My mom had found these boards, and was quickly becoming obsessed with all things Disney. But of course, she is a mind changer. So when she announced to everyone we were taking a week vacation to WDW, I didn't believe her at all. So I didn't get excited, that is, until about a month before our August trip, and she still had it in her mind we were going. Back then, I didn't really understand the whole reservations thing, so I had no idea she had booked our trip back in December.

I finally decided to get excited, and started watching my huge collection of Disney classics. I was a Disney kid.

When the time came, and we were actually on our way to Disney, actually crossing state lines, it finally hit me. It hit me like a bag of potatoes. And wow. For the rest of our trip I was completely in awe of being in such a magical place.

My mom, she knew what expect, sort of. She grew up in California, right next to DL, and went practically every month. But over the years, I suppose the Disney magic had worn off her. Until of course, she found these boards.

When we got back, we quickly started planning our next trip. But something would go wrong...

So we were deep into planning our next trip, when something happened. My dad said there was no way he could take off of work for ten days. No way.

At first, we were sad and heartbroken of course, but then our minds started turning. We didn't need him! We would go on a girls-only trip.

So we changed a few things around, and booked everything. Now all we had to do was wait.

Then August rolled around and we were off to Disney again. This time planning to see everything we missed, and just have a relaxing escape. It was wonderful...with the exception of the few times my mom just had to change our dinner reservations around ;)

We got back, and already had plans for next years trip, when all of sudden. BAHM. September 11th happened.

So he postponed all of our great plans until later when society had calmed down. Postponing and postponing.

And eventually, here we are. We just kept postponing, until we figured out how long it had actually been. But this time, it was for real.

So you've already heard how my mother loves changing her mind, and the same was for this trip. June, December, March, November, September. But that was enough. We were going with September. A big plus was, of course, free dining and awesomely low airplane tickets. So now everything booked, and she can't change a thing.

Oh but sure she can. I don't know how many times she has changed our ADR's. And how she loves to switch around our park schedules. :)

If your wondering, we decided against taking my friend after all.

Stay tuned for changes to come. :)
