Dan, Halloween is not celebrated as americans celebrate. Usually only children 2 and under get dressed up and they do not go door to door to trick or treat or carve pumpkins or anything like that. Some young adults celebrate by having a costume party, but very few do. There are also a couple of clubs that have parties, but it is much different than how we celebrate in the US. The American compound here is hosting Halloween night. For three hours the children can go to the compound and go in a haunted house, play games and go "trunk or treating," we all will decorate our trunks and hand out candy to the kids when they come by.
