My Southwest.com Error Message

I'm trying to reserve after logging into my southwest.com and keep getting "a traveler account is now in use" error message. It will work if I don't go through my southwest but I'd like the bonus credit. Any one run into this and what did you do? Any help is appreciated!!
 
What bonus credit are you talking about? Did I miss a bonus credit opportunity?

Perhaps your problem is that you were logged in and then closed the window without logging out. If that's the case, I'd guess that if you wait a little while, the system will log you out and you can log back in again.

I'm trying to book a Ding fare and getting the same message. Did you figure it out? :confused3

Yes! Southwest is offering up to 3 free RR credits if you book through "My Southwest." And, you get credit for ANYONE you book for! 1 cedit per r/t or two one ways.
 

Clear your cookies and try again. Sometimes it is not actually reading your new input.
 
i had this happen this morning. all i did was click on manage account up by my name at the top & book through there.

the bonus credit is 1 extra credit for booking a trip between 10/14 & 11/15.

I must be hopeless! I don't see a manage my account selection when I'm logged into my southwest. Am In the wrong page or screen? Sorry .....

After I log in I click on "RESERVATIONS" on the navigation bar at the top. When you get to that page, it will say your name at the top. Right next to your name it says "account management" in blue. I'm sure there are other routes but that the way I do it. Hope this helps.
