I heard from Debra one of Ethan's volunteers today. It seems that she travels for work, so that's why I haven't heard from them. She said that her and Jay would get with me Monday to finalize a day for his wish party. She suggested Saturday. I talked to my husband and he said that would work out perfectly because he's off on the weekends and we usually NEVER do anything on the weekends anyway. I can't wait. It's going to be so exciting. It's starting to be crunch time for me. This week I really need to get down to it and start packing everything and stop procrastinating like my husband lol. I'm running out of time. I'm so excited to go I can't wait.

Well, I still don't have MY CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The really crappy part that ticks me off is that my car is FIXED FIXED FIXED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We drove by the body shop yesterday on our way to the fall festival at chruch and it was all nice and shiny sitting out in the parking lot all finished. The body shop isn't going to give me my car until they get the supplemental check from the girls insurance company which she supposidly mailed on Tuesday or Wednesday which means the body shop won't get it until either Tuesday or Wednesday which is CRAP CRAP CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want my car back so bad it's not even funny. Don't get me wrong (I know this is going to sound so wrong) I really have no problem driving on someone elses dime but I want my car. I have kids that make MESSES!!!!!!!!!!! If you get stains or anything in these rental cars they charge you out the waazooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!! It's really starting to rub me the wrong way about body shops and people's insurances.

The kids got 2 AWESOME packages today!!!!!!!!!!!! They were so excited that they were here. I took pics of what was inside, not the package itself. lol. I couldn't get a pic of the kids opening them either, they wouldn't let me. They were too busy throwing the paper around the house to let me get a pic of them lol. I have the pics of their clothes though and their clothes are AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

11 more days guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You know I think I'm the one more excited than the kids lol. It's a much much needed vacation for all of us.

I heard from one of our volunteers today via email. And he wanted to know if Saturday would work for the wish party, he said they'd need about an hour to an hour and a half. So, I emailed him back and told him that Saturday was perfect because my husband's off and we normally don't EVER do anything on the weekends but CLEAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So, fingers crossed everyone that our wish party is going to be Saturday and I get the confirmation today.

I don't really have any updates. Still don't have my car. OOOO WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!! I do have something to tell.
Yesterday when I went to pick up Jeremiah from school, one of his teachers was like he was injured and I was like EXCUSE ME!!!!!!!!!!!! So I look at him and he's got 2 bandaids on the side of his face. So, I walk to the door and ask the other teacher what happened, seems that another boy SCRATCHED his face like a girl in a cat fight and took the SKIN with him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You want to talk about TICKED OFF!!!!!!!!! I was so mad, I couldn't even stand there anymore. I got him home, took the bandaids off, he was still bleeding, took pics of it with my cell phone, and put some neosporin on it and put more bandaids on it. I don't want it to get infected. OMG I'm still ticked off about the whole thing. Jeremiah wasn't doing anything. The teacher said they were going outside, they told the kids to get their jackets, the boy that did all this got someone elses jackets (the teachers didn't know), they went outside and Jeremiah was telling his friend that the other boy was wearing his jacket. Well this boy proceeds to punch the owner of the jacket in the back of the head and then scratch my son like a school girl in a cat fight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Jeremiah wasn't doing ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Me personally deep down I know it's wrong though, I wished Jeremiah would've decked the kid. I know that's wrong, but UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have pics of his face. I had to give him tylenol last night becuase he was crying his face was on fire. All I could do was hold him and put an ice pack on his face. He said it felt a little better this morning. If the owner/director of that school doesn't do anything about his I'm going to. This is ridiculous. It really is.

Say some prayers for me that I don't kncok this mom out for not spending ANY time with her child and teaching him the right things!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry about Jeremiah's face! That looks painful! It may not be the mom's fault. That boy may have bigger issues regarding his impulse control. Not that I'd know anything about that I'm glad the Big Give packages are rolling in! I really wanted to participate but we just got back from Disneyland last night (technically this morning) and have had a busy time up until we left. You deserve this trip! I'm so excited!

I feel sorry for the boy I really do. It's awful. I will look for that TR. My friend that introduced me to this here wonderful site is going to the land next year or the year after I think I can't remember.
