The death certificate should say the next of kin on it or at least the ex's name on it if they were still married. You may also want to check with all the Clerk of Court's offices to see if any divorce or ANYTHING comes up with his name or hers on it. Anything filed (court action- domestic abuse, divorce, e.q. custody) would be filed in separate files.

more prayers!!!!! I was just talking with my mom about this today. We were talking about how relieved we are that my sister's husband left her. Another thing... a person doesn't just wake up one morning "metally unstable". I will be very interested to hear what her former physicians have to say on the subject and why they felt it uneccessary to include any of her family in her recovery (obviously because they were told lies by someone).
Hopefully this reporter will be able to help. Take care of yourself!!!!!!

I just wanted you to know how often you are in my thoughts and prayers. I say frequent prayers, that you will find the answers you seek. I wake up in the night and say another prayer. Please let us know if you've heard any news.

Once again, thank you all for your continued thoughts, prayers, advice, and good wishes..

Please note that I have started a new thread where I will continue to provide updates as they become available..

Now that I've had a chance to calm down a bit and behave in a more rational manner, I just can't bear to look at the title of this thread anymore - it's far too graphically blunt.. Lord only knows what I was thinking when my fingers slammed that title on here but obviously, "sensitivity" wasn't it.. After all, this is a "family" board..
