My sinus headaches are dragging me down!

I haven't done a thing in perhaps a couple of weeks now. Not a darn thing!
I have a tendency to get sinus headaches for just about any reason during changes of season. I have to take sinus meds for it (over the counter) and they make me tired and out of breath.

I walk down the footpath and feel winded. I cycle a few miles and feel tired.

Its driving me nuts!

This is really just a vent. It will pas and I guess I go through this each year, though every year I forget.

I have no helpful suggestions for you...just wanted to say I hope this passes quickly. Well, okay, maybe one. Maybe you can just use this time to do a little core work or weight training. Even if you do 30 seconds of a plank pose, or 10 bicep curls, for example, you are working on your overall fitness. And I know that weight training is often overlooked (I count myself in the group that is not as diligent as it should be!). Anyway, I guess it's the "something is better than nothing" philosophy.

But really hope it's better soon.

I have horrible sinuses as well and I find that using a neti pot really helps. The only trick is you have to continually use it even when you're feeling great. You can find them at any drug store/target etc.

I am a Nettie pot fan as well, but I tend to only use it when I know the sinus are starting to need help. I find that I generally do not need the other drugs to get through sinus issues most of the time.
