My second trip to ROFR! Updated!! :)

I wanted to share my excitement about the contract we made an offer on yesterday! It was sent to Disney's review board today

The contract is OKW - 190 points, December use year, $75 per point, we pay closing and 2004 maintenance fees, In return, we get 190 banked points from 2003 and 190 pts this Dec! I would welcome any pixie dust that can be spared

Hi! I just passed my second ROFR this week, and based on your contract, I think you have got it made!

I just bought a 300 Point BWV with September use year, with 300 Banked UY 2003 points, and all 2004 points. Seller paid 2004 fees. This passed ROFR at $76.00 per point. I went through the TTS with Jason.

Anyway goodluck and PD to ya! Let us know when you pass ROFR!

Thanks for asking Greenban! I have been playing it low key waiting this time with Thanksgiving week happening and everything. I thought it wouldn't pay to be impatient at this time of year. I think I will call Jaki today and see if she has heard anything. Y'all will be the first to know (after DH )

Just to elaborate on Verandah man's answer. Disney has right of first refusal on any offer made to purchase points in the Disney Vacation Club. If they decide to purchase, the buyer has to find another contract. That is something Verandah Man and I don't want them to do

Well, I am not surprised at all to report that my broker did not have an answer from Disney yet on ROFR. She said she did hear on contracts submitted the week before mine and she also said not to worry about passing! I will be relieved when the wait is over. Maybe next week...
