My Scrapbooking is Taking over My Life!

Today at work a co-worker and her husband brought her new baby boy in to show off. We were talking about another co-worker who just had a baby girl that we'd seen the day before. The husband today was talking about how he and the mother from the day before grew up together and his parents had pictures of THEM as babies together. The lightbulb went off over my head - what a cute scrapbook page!!! The two parents together as babies and now their two babies together! I don't even know these people that well but I'm dying to do that page!!

I saw an idea on a scrapping show about wedding photos. They did double frames as gifts to their family and friends. The bride and her sister at the wedding was in a frame next to the bride and her sister as children. The grandmother and the bride next to a baby picture of her grandmother holding her in a tiny frame that could be carried in the grandmothers purse. The bride and groom in photos next to their parents photos. I have been doing some thinking since this program and have been collecting like photos to use in my life album like My son and myself and my grandson and myself.

I agree, Life is just one big scrapbook waiting to be scrapped.

It is funny how you start to see events as scrapbook pages.

You know that scrapbooking has taken over your life when we look at billboards for ideas for fonts! We drove from Pensacola to Tampa and back this weekend (12 hours total) and I constantly looked at the billboards to see if there were fonts I could copy for pages.
