Every year, the 8th graders at my school are asked a question that gets published in my school's yearbook. The question is one that I'd like to share with you guys.

AIM* is offering a one-time promotion to chat with a special person from the past for 15 minutes. Who would you place on your buddy list for this limited chat session? Tell us why.

I have a lot of respect for Walt Disney, which is one reason why I like the company and its brand so much. He was a genius in a business and marketing sense, but he was also a genius in understanding families and the need for a strong bond. I'd love to chat with him.
2nd choice..maybe Thomas Edison. He was innovative and great.

Walt Disney.

Rumor has it that he died with plans to take over the world.

I must have them.

I was originally going to write about Walt Disney, but then I changed my mind to my grandmother.

I think this may shock the kids who know that I'm obsessed with Disney.

I think I may like to talk to a younger version of myself. Like say, me a year or two ago. That would be cool to tell myself stuff, lotto numbers specifically;)

Ehhh, that would be cool...

Hmm, I'd probably want to talk to Jonathan Larson. Yeah.

great thread by the way :-)
mmm I would talk to one of my family members, perhaps my grandad.

Paul Morrison (someone I met a long time ago)
Mother Theresa (I'm not Catholic but she was an amazing person)
My grandmother (just miss her)
