My roommates

are great. Last night, we had a shared supper and watched movies together. I also got to know a couple of the girls a little better and made plans to go to the gym with one of them. Thom came over to get some money and was in one of his really bad moods. I tried to talk him out of it, but it was very frustrating because he kept attacking me verbally and telling me that I was a bad wife because I wouldn't quit school and make my life revolve around him even though I know that it's not healthy to make your entire world revolve around another person like that. He finally admitted that he doesn't know what he wants and that he needs to talk to someone (his stepmother's preacher coming over to his house yesterday afternoon made him realize that.) By the time, I got back upstairs to the apartment (we went outside to talk), I was very frustrated and aggravated and starting to feel bad about myself and one of the girls noticed that and asked what happened. I explained it to her and she told me that she had been in a relationship where the guy expected her world to revolve around him and that it was the worst thing she had ever done. She's a Psych major like me and it was nice to know that we both thought the same way about things. It made me feel a lot better to talk to her.
