My room request results 1/30

I used a travel agent and have a subscription to touring plans. We stayed Atrium CL standard view at Contemporary. I submitted a request through touring plans and my travel agent exactly the same. My sister had been in 4823 (second time end room)- north end of atrium, far end of hall, two queen beds, non connecting room.

Touring plans fax stated room like 4823 and exactly why (listed like I wrote above). Arrived at 930am and got room read text about 340pm. Got room 4824 which is last room right next to 4824.
