I thought since when I was planning my vaction I used these boards often to plan out meals. So now that I am home I will give back.

We had 8:40 reservations here on our last full day. It was for My boyfriend and & I. We are in out 20's. This was our only charecter meal of the whole trip.

We arrived a few mins early and were given a buzzer. It went off in about 5 mins. We then were lead to meet Donald. He looked so cute in his safari outfit. I guess I didn't know the photographer wouldn't use my photopass card. I tried to explain I had prepurchased the cd but she didn't budge. So in the end she took a few with her camera and took 1 with my own camera. Hmph!!!

We then were lead inside. From the outside you couldn't tell how busy the place was. We were seated to the side in kind of a private room, which was nice. There was another couple in there as well.

Our waiter came over and explained the buffet, gave us some yummy juice and also took got my BF some coffee and me some choco milk!! He also said we had plenty of time to get a plate before the charecters came to greet us.

Then we were off to the FOOODD!! I was starving. I got cottage cheese, a hard boiled egg, grapes, bacon, mickey waffles, a glazed donut, scrambled eggs, and some quiche thing. YUM! It was so delish. All was very good, fresh & Hot. The only thing I did not care for was the quiche only because I did not realize it had onions in which I am not a fan of.

During eating the area of the resturant we were in had a little door that lef to the outside. We heard a knock on the door and we, and the other couple, looked at the door and Donald opened it up and waved. HaHa we thought this was so funny.

I also went for more food :goodvibes I had some bone in ham with a spicy mustard sauce. It was too spicy for me, but the meat was good. Then I had bread pudding with sauce. Oooh soo good.

At this point the characters were right around the corner and my Boyfriend didn't look like he was feeling to hott. So he went to the bathroom and sure enough Daisy came along. So the other couple took my photo. She was so sweet. And she signed my book. Then came Mickey a few mins later. Again I met the big guy by myself. Daisy even came back one time to see if he was back yet but he was not. So she just gave me another hug and along she went. My boyfriend finally came back in time to meet goofy!! :)

At some point the guy came over to sell us the photo they took of us with Donald. I will admitt it was a cute photo. But it was 6 copies for $30. I would of liked one, but what would I do with 6? So I declined. Can anybody tell me why they print all the pictures up if they don't even know if you are going to buy them. What do they do them with when you don't buy them? Throw them away? :confused3 I feel like that is very wasteful.

So we paid and along we went to ride Safari. In the end I loved this meal. It was my favorite from the whole trip. Yummy food. Good characters. The only thing I thought was weird was that they called it DONALDS breakfast, but he never comes around to see you at all. Only at the beginning. Not a big deal, but was weird.

Glad to hear your review! We already have an ADR booked there for January, I can't wait.

We loved Tusker House Breakfast buffet, this is a must for our son but before Donald came around and he spend time...I guess they didn't sell the pictures without a character so placed Donald there.

While you can's give the photographer your photopass card, you can add the pictures on to your photopass account at home.

Similar to CRT and Akhershus, all the pictures have a code number on the top left corner. That is the unique photopass number for those pictures. When you get home, you can just add that number to your account.

Yes, you would have to buy the photo to get the number. We did because it was my Mom and Dad's first and probably only (due to health reasons) visit to Disney. And the pictures came out great!!

Donald used to come around...but no more. Apparently its the same with Chef Mickeys. Mickey no longer walks around (based on what I have heard and read)

I am glad you enjoyed your breakfast. We feel it is one of the better meals on the resort grounds.
