My Reservations functionality not working

I am trying to look at my future cruise that I have booked. I login and go to "My Disney Cruise" and under there I click on "My Reservations" but it just goes to a page that says Disney is working on the site. Has this functionality been broken for awhile or is this new?

No, it has worked recently. Must just be down at the moment.

The whole reservation system is down right now for maintenance. Everything is down travel agent portal, reservation management, and reservation quoting. Usually comes back up within a couple hours.

Oh I've been getting this error message on and off for a couple of weeks! It depends on which browser you are using, while I get the error message on my chromebook, I can bring it up just fine on my husbands' desktop computer. And then if I restart my chromebook, the reservation page will then come up for me.

I've been trying to access my reservations for 3 days. Keep getting an error message. Didn't they recently fire a bunch of IT people and outsource?
