My Reservation Is Gone!!!!!!

Does anyone have a phone # for Dreams Unlimited????? I can't find one on their site.


I'm in a bit of a panic. I just checked for my room reservations at the Dolphin and they are gone. The system does not recognize my name or reservatio number. I made the reservations two weeks ago. I was sent two e-mail confirmations. one had my dream res # and the other had my confirmation # from the hotel.
What could have happened?

Have I been ripped off?

DU uses their own reservations numbers that the dolphin may not recognize.

Who did you call? Disney or the Hotel itself?

I don't have the number for dreams... have you emailed your agent?

They gave me two sets of numbers. A reservation # and Conformation #. Perhaps the system is down at the moment. My computer doesn't seem to be getting through right now. I'll keep trying.

I have sent an e-mail to Dreams Unlimited.

DU is a very reliable company, they would never rip anyone off... if there is a problem with your reservation - it is an honest mistake... good luck and let us know what happens.

The same thing happened to me. It wouldn't recognize my reservation number or name. I put in my credit card number that I used for the deposit and it found it right away. Good Luck!

I found it. My number works one one part of the site but not the other.

That has happened to my sister before and it was because the company she used did not use the same res# as the hotel. Let us know what happens? The only bad experience we have had was DU booked my Dad into the Downtown Disney Hilton and when he got there the hotel was overbooked and would not honor my Dads res. He was furious. They sent him to some hole in the wall down the street. He ended up with a free night after calling to complain. Anyways if you are going during a busy time try and get to your hotel early. I am sure it will be fine and it is a great location.
