1/13 to 1/18 POR w/ dining
COLD in the A.M. warmed up then got cold again at night
rained like crazy on monday nicest day on Tuesday and did get in the pool.
DME worked fine.
Dining was great.
like magic, we got in on walk up at La Cellier and it was the best meal
of the trip. lived up to the hype, great service apps, steak and desserts.
worst meal goes to Rose and Crown. screwed up ressies, meal was o.k. and they sat us outside on a cold night i guess because we had kids.

POR is a nice place but its annoying trying to navigate sidewalks to the point I wish i never had to go there again.

But Bob the piano player is a nice break for the adults at night.
Thanks Bob.

at epcot, we found out too late about the viking coffee drink in norway.

also a good snack credit in MK for an adult is the Iced coffee float at the refreshment station next to exit of stitch ride.

also for your info, there is no more "waking tinkerbell at the castle in the a.m."
ran our butts off at rope drop only to find that out.

by the way rope drops are the only thing better than fast passes.

Cast members still the best part of DW

I guess not such a quick report.

A good time was had by all, thank you.

Nice report, quick and to the point! I agree with you about Port Orleans, I do like it there, but those sidewalks got me mixed up a couple of times! Went out to get soda one night and couldn't find my way back! :lmao:

What is the viking coffee? is there liquor in it?

thanks!

Yup, we were looking all week for a spiked coffee partly for a little energy and partly because it was cold.
there is a cart between england and canada that sells them,
but the viking coffee in the Norway bakery had I think bailys and something else. Its goooood (my best attempt at typing out the Norwegian accent)

report is quick because i am not really good about documenting, but I wanted to at least give back a little of what i learned.
This site is awesome and my DW trips are much better because of it.
Any questions would be gladly answered in the best detail I can recall.

thanks for the spiked coffee info, even though we will be there in August, I will still try the viking coffee, maybe for Illuminations....I'll have to drink my frozen margarita's during the heat of the day! :cutie:
