Poor Matthew - hope he's not in pain. But I'm sure he'll be the envy of all his friends in school - children seem to love plaster casts. The last little boy in my class with a cast was treated like a hero for 6 weeks!
There's definitely something in the water . . . I had a nasty head gash and a broken finger to deal with at school yesterday, two are in plaster with broken wrists, one with a fractured ankle and now today one's been kicked in the face at dance class
Get the BUBBLE WRAP out
Hope Matthew's arm gets better very soon. He's not looking too unhappy. Have you got a pillow to put his arm on in bed at night . . this helps.
Hope you're ok, too, mum - nasty shock when our little ones do damage to themselves
OMG - totally missed this. Exactly the same thing happened to me when I was 8. Remind me to show you my manky elbow next time I see you, Nat! Big, big hugs to Matthew. Hope he's on the mend.

Matthew's Wrist is healing well he has had the plaster removed today and a splint put in place that he will need to keep on for another 3/4 weeks and then he will be all healed !
The splint can be removed so tonight he can have a proper bath
