My poor employees are screwed...but I leave in 10 days!!!!

My awesome, hard-working employees who have put up with my "I go to WDW in ---- days!" daily reports are really going to be screwed when I am gone: just found out my place of employment will be visited by top corporate people while I am away! This means my employees will be treated like garbage by the other managers while I am gone, burdened with crazy demands, etc. One of the visiitors is a new top executive whom everyone will want to impress, and I know my poor people will bear the burden! I feel bad, but...

it is 32 freakin degrees outside here in Chicagoland, I work in retail and Christmas is coming soon, and I have had a tough year!!! I cannot WAIT for this trip!!!

Bringing them home great souvenirs will make me feel less guilty, right????

I used to work in retail management... I know what you mean lol. Just buy them all mickey ears... isn't that the solution to every problem?

I feel the pain. I just returned for a long business trip and while away my staff was run like dogs. Nice to know they are happy when we are around isn't it?
