My poor BIL!

He is out today trying to shop for the whole family! He has called me twice at home to ask about gifts for the 3 of us.
He is getting a tie for DH and wanted to make sure he had the right shirts to wear with it (white.)

And then he called because DH suggested getting Little People for DD. He wanted to make sure he didn't get her something she already had. Good thing he called because she has the three things that were left! I gave him a couple of other ideas though.

And then he asked what he should get me. I think he felt embarassed asking, but I don't mind. So I gave him suggestions. I think he was relieved!

Anyone else having trouble coming up with last minute gifts?

nope..all done!!! they just need to be wrapped. but that is Aunt Lissa's job!!!! and she better hurry up or she will have a loooong christmas eve!! LOL i even bought her gifts already and had one of my crew people wrap them for me!!! can you tell i hate to wrap gifts? LOL she is gonna love me when she opens one of her presents!!!!

Yes he is a great guy! He is 27 and single, just finished college and has worked 2-3 jobs the whole time. He is currently trying to find a job with his degree... and a girlfriend.

This is Aunt Lissa......make her tell you!!!! Make her tell!!! It's not nice to buy someone something and not tell them what it is!

That's exactly why I make my kids and grandkids write "wish lists" for me!!! Just because they put something on their list doesn't mean they are going to get ALL their wishes, but at least that way I know they will get something they want and will like.

I was thinking that we are going to do exactly that next year. It will be easier for everyone because no one knows what to get each other.
