I recently downloaded The Gaming Club that was offered through My Points for over 3000 points. After playing a little and spending the required $50 (charrged to my credit card), I cashed out. I was supposed to have the money credited back to my charge. This was on May 16th. To date the money has still not been credited back to my charge card. I have called the customer support number several times, sent e-mails, and faxed them. They keep giving me the run around. I suggest that anyone considering this offer from My Points or the new one they have for the River Belle reconsider (it's the same company).
As a side note, I posted this same warning on another Board twice and they removed it both times. Something really seems fishy here! Are we not supposed to warn each other about potential disasters?
