Recently I received an Email from MyPoints to switch to sprint for 3000pts.
I did, now this morning they credited my account with 2000 pts. Has this happened to anyone else out there? Did the resolve the problem for you? I just emailed them and will wait for a response(but I know I'll get a much faster response from this board).
