my points Sprint rewards?

Does anyone have any idea how long it takes to get your Sprint sign up ponts? I have gotton a bill and paid and everything. Just wondering I am waiting on them to cash in for some gift certificates for our trip!!

This probably isn't the reply you want to hear but I signed up with sprint over two months ago and still haven't gotten my points. I have e-mailed them and will now have to fax them my bill. Good luck!

The same thing happened to me a couple of months ago. When I e-mailed MyPoints about this, I received a reply asking me to fax a copy of my bill to them. I did so and was happy to receive an e-mail within a day or so saying they had credited my account with the sign-up bonus and the current bill's points. I checked my points balance online - and it was there!

Unfortunately, I haven't received any points since then. I did receive a recent e-mail saying they needed the phone number and my member name e-mailed back to a certain e-mail address so they can get this worked out with Sprint.

Hopefully they will get everything fixed soon!
