I have been a member of My Points for awhile now and have never had this happen before. I purchased from 2 different retailers last week, and have already received the items. The points showed up as pending in my account so no problem.
I signed in yesterday and now for both those transactions they are showing reversals. I have an email into My Points but not sure how long it will take to hear back.
Just wondering if anyone else has ever had this happen. Should add that I did not return these items or anything either.
