I just got a new computer too! I am trying to order some contacts via My Points to take on my trip in 2 weeks. I have been trying to do this for about 45 minutes. I am up to the 1-800-contacts trying to find my account info. Each screen is taking about 10 minutes to load.
I know it's not my computer or provider because all the other sites (including the Dis) are functioning fine.
AAARGGH.
