My Points e-mail question

When do you start getting e-mails from MyPoints? I have been a member for several months. Admittedly, I don't use them too much, but I have yet to see an e-mail from them even though I checked my profile to make sure I had accurate info. When an e-mail comes does it actually say My Points on it somewhere?

Mine usually say "Bonus Points from MyPoints" or something like that.

My emails say the same thing...Are you sure in your profile you have "unlimited" amount of emails checked off?? That way you get all the offers no matter what they are!

I do have unlimited checked in my profile but I have never received an e-mail from them. I didn't know if you have to have a certain amount of points before they start sending you e-mails or what.

I just signed up a few days ago and I started receiving e-mails the very next day. Of course, now my account has been de-activated for some unknown reason so I have to wait to get that resolved before I can get any more points.

When I first signed up I also wasn't receiving e-mails even though I had "unlimited e-mails" checked in my profile. I went back in and "re-checked" that block and after a couple of days I started receiving e-mails.

Make sure you are not filtering junk email. Many programs do this, where they send all emails sent out in bulk to the trash folder. My Points emails are sent this way and if you have the filter on, you will never see them.

If this doesn't work, try switching to a different email. Open a free account at hotmail or email.com. Change the email at My Points give it a week and see if they start then.
