My Points AOL Challenge

Has anyone gotten their AOL challenge points from the bonus mail mid-January? It's been over the 20 day wait period and I want the points before I cancel the membership.

I did the AOL sign up on 1/15. 20 business days is up 2/12. I'll post if the points show up. I am also looking to cancel my AOL account.
