My Points - Amazon Reward

I was looking to cash in My Points for an Amazon G/C. It says you G/C Code will be mailed to you. Does anyone know if they just mail a code or do you get an actual Gift Card? Would like to use this a gift and would prefer a Gift Card but not sure as how it is worded.

It says mailed but it usually takes 10 days and I receive and email notifying my code is available on the mypoints site, I copy the code and add the code to my amazon account so no it is not a physical gift card.

Thanks. That's what I need to know. I wonder if you can use the code to buy an actual gift card on there from Amazon??

You can't use an Amazon GC to buy a different GC. I tried using mine to buy Disney GC for our trip, but no luck

Thanks for the info - I have wondered this too! I usually get Home Depot or Kohls and its always an acutal card! Gosh how I love Mypoints!!!! Thing to keep in mind though the closer we get to Christmas the longer it takes to get cards and I have heard of lots of "lost" cards this time of year....
