I have pain/stiffness/inflammation on the top of my right foot just below the toes in the bend. My podiatrist says it's Morton's Neuroma. While I agree with that diagnosis for my left foot where I have three numb toes, I only read of Morton's Neuroma being on the ball or bottom of the foot.

Has anyone else read/heard of a diagnosis of Morton's Neuroma when the pain is on the top of the foot below the toes near the bend?

Thanks

sorry I don't know but maybe a good bump will bring you some more input. I did have pain on top of my foot when I was running and it turned out to be tendonitis

I had a neuroma with pain on the top of my foot a few years ago. I got a cortisone injection and orthotics, and haven't had any trouble since! Hope you feel better soon.
