We will be in the parks five days so I was planning on doing a land by land kind of thing, our first day in DL I was planning on Starting with Tomorrow Land first thing (No EMH), About how long will it take to get thru the rides? There are 3 FP's in that area so I have already read where it probably won't be necessary to get an Autopia FP will it be necessary for the others since it will be first in the morning or will we need both or just one or what? I am also trying to figure out how long it would take to do that and maybe Toontown and FL or Adventureland basically just around how long it takes for the rides I know we will spend time looking at stuff and things like that.

I think you will probably get pretty bored doing land by land each day. You would have A LOT of free time as the rides don't take the whole day. Autopia and Astro Blasters (Buzz) usually have super short waits when the park opens. We walked right on when we went a few weeks ago. I would think about maybe mixing things up a little. Cant tell you exactly how long the waits are since it depends on so many things but you can always look at the Disneyland wait apps to get a rough idea of what the different wait times are at different times of the day.

You can probably ride some rides standby the first thing in the morning. Designate a fastpass runner, preferably someone who doesn't mind if they don't get to go on the rockets. There are plenty of strategies people use and they all can work just fine for you considering the amount of time you have to work with.

I usually collect fastpasses then ride non-fastpass rides, so for Tomorrowland, that would be Astro-Orbiters, Buzz Lightyear, Captain EO. Use FP's towards the end of the window. Catch the Jedi Training Academy while you're there. You can work in Innoventions in between rides.

For Toontown, you can get a Roger Rabbit FP, then get in line for Gadget Go-Coaster or Mickey's House. Then work in Minnie's House and Goofy and Donald's places around the Roger Rabbit FP. There is a lot more wiggle room as a lot of the attractions are not lines to stand in.

If you take your time and possibly catch IASW and Mickey & the Magical Map, I would guess you can probably be done with Tomorrowland and Toontown by mid-afternoon.

I don't know if you considered purchasing Ridemax, but I would highly recommend it. It definitely gives you a plan of attack for the day. Have a great trip!

Thanks this is exactly what I was planning with catching the shows and stuff while we were in the land and thanks for a round about time table that way I can decide if we will still be able to hop in the afternoon.
