A bunch of us on the Hawaiian sailings, who are PIF are suddently showing balances due for a few cents.. Has this happened before? So glad people caught this.. would the sailing have been cancelled?? Though I did save my confirmation when I paid PIF.. So odd. Any reasons?

Show people maybe check your balances for PIF sailings.

Possibly a change in Port fees that automatically adjusted the PIF amount and DCL hasn't manually fixed it yet. I know they are making changes to the HI-Van route today, so maybe give it a day or two to fix itself. Otherwise I guess go pay that 02 cents!

It's not funny at all for you, but this post did make me laugh. Leave it to DCL to have a snafu like that.

I agree it is probably a change in port fees getting populated automatically, but I wouldn't be surprised if Disney removes it in a day . Regardless I would pay it because I'm risk averse and would rather risk losing two cents than deal with a headache of getting my booking back if it triggered some sort of automatic cancellation.

Had this charge a few weeks ago for our eastbound transatlantic in May, phoned up and the agent just removed it. She said that she had had a few calls with the same charge recently
Regards Michael
