It is a virus. If you go to the Windows update page you should be able to do a search there and get a fix. You need to make sure you have a firewall set on your computer as well.

I got the same one, and I've scanned several times and Norton has quarrentined it. BUT the bad news is that I can't delete it bc it either says it is "in use" or "restricted".... I am hoping a new patch will be available to download on MOnday or Tues to update my virus defenitions and make this one delete-able!

The file the virus is in: C/Windows/avserve2
at least, that's where it was on my computer.
