Posting a follow up just in case someone else has an issue. Called Disney to report the issue. She said everything looked good and she couldn't figure out why it wouldn't work. She submitted a ticket to IT and it was resolved with an hour or so.
This happened to me in 2015 when I booked through my TA with a magical deal. I had to call in and could only do the first day online. It didn't happen this year when I booked. My FP+ worked fine.

I had the same issue. Using an agent but had to call Disney. Mine was because I had old versions of us in our MDE that prevented me from using our new people in our party from being added to dining ADR's. They fixed my MDE account and I was able to do ADR's myself.
