Won't shut off DH had to shut it off in the cellar! It's 11 years old and if it's more than $50.00-$75.00 to fix I'll probably have to get a new one. I've never heard of this happening

So sorry to hear about your oven. Hope you were able to get your meatballs done first.

I hate it when appliances go out, especially around the holidays. Last year we had to replace our washer right before we went to WDW.

I never heard of such a thing. My oven is probably 20 years old and still hanging in there (the kitchen is next on the remodeling list)

We have something with our local gas company called "Service plus" which covers our furnace and all gas appliances... do you have anything like that?

No, I don't have anything like that. Even for someone to come look at it is going to cost $$ I'm sure.
