eylo all! i went to disney on monday, just for the day since i live in fl and its only a 2 hour drive and im too broke around xmas to stay longer lol. we went to magic kingdom first and waited about an hour for space mountain..but the wait was worth it.
we walked around and went on the haunted mansion after that which was much less of a wait suprisingly. after that we got lunch at the main street bakery which i was kind of dissapointed in. the food was realllly expensive, and not that great. i only ate a sugar cookie there but it wasnt very good. later we got a snack at caseys corner which was pretty good. the wait was about a half hour though, the lines were moving reallllly slowly. but the employees were doing the best they could, so i didnt mind.
after that the bf got tired of mk's "childish" vibe
so we went to the ticket window against my will lol and we added the park hopper option onto our tickets for $6 each and took off to MGM.
i was suprisingly pleased with MGM..in the pamphlet it looked like there were like 3 attractions there but i think i actually liked it better the mk for the most part..i like that it was alot smaller and easier to find stuff. and rockin rollercoaster was amazing! id only been on space mountain before so i was terrified but it wasnt too intense at all. the beginning scared the life out of me but the rest of the ride wasnt too bad. i wanted to go again haha
i did however chicken out of tower of terror unfortunately. i was nervous the whole queue but i was working up my courage and thinking to myself yes, i hate the free falling feeling but itll only last a few seconds. but then i fell apart right when we wouldve gotten on the elevator, the woman behind us was talking to her husband and said "you know why they put that little wall in front of the elevator right? because someone fell out and died before they had it.." and i started crying my eyes out and had to leave on the normal elevator lol
talk about the worst thing to hear when i was already scared out of my mind!
but after that i recovered and we went to backlot express and got dinner. it was suprisingly good. expensive, but good.
we then headed back to mk to see the wishes fireworks..which were the highlight of the trip for me. it was sooo amazing
, i loved how theyre coordinated with the song. even the bf liked them, which was suprising 
i only bought one souvenir but i love it so much!
so that was pretty much my trip. wasnt as long as i wouldve liked but it was still disney! lol and my first trip in about 10 years so im happy
and i want to go back already!
