To make a trade between ice and invisibility magic equal you should look at the time.
So you say you got it in an hour. That means also that you got 30 wins in one hour at pirate game. For your wins you also get every time one Ice Cube chair. For this reason I would say: 30 ice cubes = one hour = 1 invisibility pin. That makes sense to me.
