By that standard, $11K per month is a bargain.

I would have guessed $7 to $8K per month for a 3 bedroom in NYC. This building doesn’t look like anything special. And there are tenement style buildings right next door.

What I find shocking is the apartment prices in Orlando where it is a primarily a tourist based economy.

That's what we're paying for a cruise in 2024. BUT, there are eight of us, and it includes food, drink, and entertainment.

My daughter lives in a 4 bedroom 1 bathroom in Alston for only $1000 a month pp.

That's a lot of space for NYC. Also nice to have a Target right there. My son and his GF live in a small one-bedroom for $2150.
