He is indeed a Great Dane.

His official name is: Dundane's Major Brutus Baxter.

He is the offspring of two true Dane champions, although at this point he doesn't really care.

I'm finding it very hard not to make fun of him. I wonder if he would remember 150 pounds from now.

Probably not a problem for the future. The breed is very gentle.

The cup on his head is not the funniest part. Watching him try to grow into his size is hilarious. He is such a clumsy little guy, but so cute.

The candle shop I used to go to -- the owners had 3 great danes that had the run of the shop. They were gentle and graceful (surprising for their size) and quiet! I never saw any of them bump into the displays. It was amazing.
