My new favorite snack....

School bread in the Norway bakery at Epcot. It is huge and yummy and reasonably priced. I tried it based on recommendations I saw here, so THANK YOU!!!

We tried that recently and my guys loved it! I am not such a fan of custard filled things. But they sure did have some other yummy pastries there!

Me either! And I learned last trip that School Bread is really good for breakfast-buy it the night before and keep it in the refrigerator. Yummy!

Please, please someone describe the schoolbread to me. I've read a lot about it on DIS & planned to get it if I was needing a snack, but now I'm thinking I may HAVE to track it down.

What is it?

It was a yummy bread with some kind of mild spice it seemed (cinnamon maybe?). Inside was a vanilla custard with a dollop on top as well. The top was covered in some kind of icing and coconut. It's huge!!! More than enough to share.

I love donuts (both the pastry and the one around my waist), but this sounds great... I have put it on my list of snacks to try (along with a Dole Whip, Dole Float, Figaro Fries, French Toast Loaf)

Same for me! I had never heard of it before I joined the DIS-specifically tried it on our December trip based on the rave reviews...I LOVED IT! It is now a "must have" every trip!
