My new digs

[amid chaos]

During the summer DH left a mushy card under my pillow. in it was the invoice and delivery date of a shed I had been eyeing. He's a keeper and "no" you can't have him. this is going to be MY gardening place and I can't wait to settle in. My garden buds are more than welcome to visit. heck, we can have a slumber party in there.
here is a picture of what the area looked like before...landscaping timbers, weed barrier, lots of sand and a swing set...can you say neighborhood litter box?

Here is the shed...it was prefabbed in NH and then trucked down here. www.reedsferry.com
it took 2 guys 2 1/2 hours in the pouring rain to put it together.
I have always wanted window boxes and lookie what I have now.
It is made of cedar and i think i am going to stain it to match the house which is a light gray. but it sure does look good in the "raw" doesnt it?

It is gorgeous! It dresses that space up wonderfully. Any chance we'll get an inside tour? I didn't notice the kitty until Tulirose pointed it out!

Your husband is a KEEPER!!!!!! Wish I would get those kind of surprises.
