My nephew, the romantic

I thought this was so sweet I had to share. My nephew (he's 15) has been "dating" the same girl for 11 months (she just turned 16 a few weeks ago). For Christmas he got her a sapphire heart ring. This Saturday he took her on a horse drawn carriage ride and gave her the ring during the ride. They had to wait an extra long time to get a carriage for two, if he hadn't been able to be alone in a carriage he was going to walk her to the fountain after the ride and give it to her in front of the fountain. I thought that was so cute and what a grand romantic gesture for a young man! (Hard to believe this time last year he still collected Pokemon cards!) He's going to sell one of his paintball guns to pay his parents back for the ring, too!
