They're setting off fireworks behind my house... Which are illegal here. D: I'm kinda scared... o_0

Cops usually don't bust people for fireworks, unless they are in the front of their house or in the driveway lighting off real dangerous ones. A bunch of people were lighting them off in my neighborhood.

it was canada day on wednesday, my property backs onto a forest, which backs onto a public park, i've been hearing fireworks every night since tuesday night (tonight included....ppl just finished -- i hope)

there are regulations around here, but i doubt the police woould ever really enforce them.

As I was driving my friends home I had to slam on the brakes because some kid decided it would be funny to light one right as I was driving down the road. And I know he was aiming for me because my windows were down in my car and I heard him and his friends laugh and exclaim how they "just missed me". I was ready to get out and rip them a new one, but I was gunna be late for curfew. If it would have hit my car though I would have gotten out and called the cops. Fireworks are illegal here, but I don't mind just having fun. Aiming for my car with the windows down (which was apparent because you could hear my music) is not fun nor safe. I was pissed. And let them here my curses as I drove away.

Yeah, there's fireworks everywhere in IL. It's illegal here, too. I just heard a firework like two seconds ago, as a matter of fact. XD

It's illegal to do them here too, but people still set them off anyway.

My city is like, crazy strict tho. So there are usually cops all over the place on the 4th of July and New Years, just hanging out and waiting to catch somebody. I kind of get amused when people DO get caught, actually.

Serves them right. Stupid people.

They're 100% legal in NH-- and I LOVE IT!

My neighbor bought close to $1000 in fireworks for his daughter's first birthday this upcoming weekend. It's gonna be awesome!

so my neighbor up the hill decided to do that.
i go outside with my dad to pick up cardboard bits from the rocket. my dad told my neighbors mother kindly to stop launching. she said were so sorry and stoped.
i get on myspace and my neighbours status was calling my father a D**** Bag and explaining it was july forth and to get over it.
i went up the hill and rang the door bell and SCREAMED i mean SCREAMED at him. i started cursing at him and telling him off. his mother thought i was crazy. but said she was sorry for what her son had done.

People around me do that all the time.
While my family & I were gone this weekend, some people like 5 houses down from me were lighting off fireworks & caught my next door neighbors Tiki Bar & swing on fire, which is really close to our garage.
