I don't even know where to begin, other than to give you big hugs. Dogs and puppies are a part of the family the minute you bring them home and I can't even fathom something like that happening. I'm so sorry for your loss, and I hope that your heart heals. I hope that those neighbors see reprocussions of their actions and you get reimbursed for your dog, although I know it cannot replace it.
