Another paper addict here! I would rather buy paper than anything else. I think I noticed my problem when I was making my Christmas list a few weeks ago. 90% of it was paper, kits or stacks. That's sad (in a happy kind of way). DH is a good sport about it, but if I don't get the craft/guest room organized and under control soon he may cut me off. But it doesn't help that I live near the epicenter of scrapbooking. The availablity of paper and other supplies is out of control here...

Paper! I LOVE PAPER! I love the smell of it, the feel of it. YEah. However, I don't "hoard" it any more - because I also love to *use* it. I even broke out my very fancy books of paisley WRAPPING paper this year - the kind you buy in the book store - and USED it!

Good girl Linda! maybe we can learn from your experience...I have some hand made paper I bought probably 3-4 years ago that is all stitched with different designs, I'm really going to try and use it for our F&GF pics from WDW

Just got back from Michaels, and just only bought 4 peices of cardstock.But my greatest buy was thier goodie bags on sale for $14.00 with only M M goodies inside.

I am such a paper hoarder, too! I'm really a scrap supply hoarder! However, I've had a serious talk with myself. . .I'm going to start using this stuff!! What good would it do anyone if I wasn't here and the memories weren't actually in books?? However. . .that might give me an excuse to buy more paper!

I was at M's today (didn't buy a thing!! ). I LOVE the "Gone Wild" stack! That may have to be mine before our April trip. . .if I'm good and keep up with my scrapping before then!!

We actually have one and a half guest rooms. But if I ever get pregnant, I will gladly give one over. But if you really need a place to stay in the south west part of the state, come on down.

But really, it's so great to shop here. I was at Archivers last month and I asked the lady there a question about Echo Park. She then told me that the two guys who just left the store were big wigs for them. I felt like such a nerd since they seemed like celebrities to me.

We live about 30 minutes north of the canal. Small, rural town, but close enough to both Boston and Cape Cod.

and I ended up spending $60 on paper....now I have to figure out how to hide both packages from DD!!!! Any ideas? She knows how much paper I have, I am not going to be able to feed another roughly 90 pieces into my current stash without her knowing.

I'm afraid to try a cherry on top, I hear it is even more fabulous than SYT! Erin--you definately have more paper than I have , however, I have enough to last at least 3 years But, I still need to look for specific paper for every swap group

I just don't feel right if I pass up the paper section in the craft store KWIM?

Trunk is out...we keep bottled water for sports and dance, she would find it.

The back of scrapbooks is a great idea...I have about 25 books so she wouldn't ever realize it was there!!!

I just need to find some time to actually scrap and I could use alot of paper....but work keeps getting in my way!! Oh well January is usually a quiet month so I only have to hide it till then.

Try being a CM consultant and look at all the paper that comes and goes - but mostly comes!!!!! Gosh my reason is totally legit, but then I can always rationalize!!! Yah, right!!!
But then, what about all the paper before CM? I think I have a problem......
