My Mother has passed away tonight

she has been sick for a very long time.. she had a stroke 5 years ago. The stroke brought on parkinsons. she has gone through many periods of being stable and then she would have another stroke and be worse, then stable.. about 1 1/2 years ago she had a heart attack, then one thing after another. she had come to a point where she could not get out of bed, needed someone to take care of her every need.

the parkinsens made it hard for her to swallow.. she went from eating food to baby food to everything pureeed to only water.. she was trapped in her body but had remained alert mentally but unable to speak or express herslf.. she had suffered and been in pain.. and now she has found peace and she is with G-d..

I will miss her but she is in heaven watching over me and my children now.. please remember her in your prayer this week..

I am so sorry... as many know my mother just passed from Parkinsons on Feb 1st. She basically got to the point that she could no longer swallow and as hard as it is to say, I think she slowly starved over the last weeks. She was so thin to begin with.

She was trapped in her body as well, she could not lift up her head for the last few months and it was very hard to understand her.

She is also no longer in pain and I truly believe in a better place with my father who she missed terribly for more than 12 years.
