My milk says...

And to think all of this time I was the only one that compared things happening to the expiration of my milk!! I guess I'm not the only one who's nuts!!

I am weird like that too. My DS's bdays are July 29 and Aug 11. On Aug 28 I had 1 gallon of milk that was almost empty and expired on the 29th and a new gallon that expired on the 11th. I thought that was neat.

My kids thought I was nuts the other night when I was having fun with our milk carton - it said Oct. 14. Which is 2 days before we all get back home. I said 'drink up, kiddies' and then had to explain my demented glee to them. They think I'm nuts anyway.

That's cool!!! We will be leaving for Disney in 28 days too. I saw you were from MA me too. Cape Cod, now I just need to get some Milk.

We have a large freezer. If we have milk in the carton (that's not expired), we stick it in the freezer and we can finish using it when we get back home. Then our milk is good -- before our trip -- and after our trip.

Organic Cow of Vermont. One of the other cartons says NOV 3! I think organic has a longer life for some reason.

I bought milk on Saturday and the expiration is Oct 14, which is the day we come home, so now I have a partial gallon that expires Oct. 8, the day we leave and a full gallon that expires Oct. 14, the day we come home. That's sad isn't it?!
