Seriously, the best ever! She and my FIL drove to MA (about a 90 min drive) to buy me a cricut!!
Yes, they spoil me.
I'm really so lucky to have such great in-laws, all of them.
In case you're interested in the story...
My MIL and I were talking the other day b/c she went to Micheals the first time for a *very* long time. She asked me if I had "that machine thingy" I didn't know what she was talking about. But then she said the "cry-cut", and it dawned on me.
I told her no and said I had a wishblade and that it kind of does the same thing. I told her that I was tempted to get the cricut though b/c it was so user friendly (I'm having a heck of a time with the new wishblade software.) and that I really wanted the new Disney cartridge. But I couldn't really justify paying $140 for a cricut plus $90 for the cartridge when I already had the wishblade. Then she started asking about rolling carts and if I had one. And I said yes, but that I was actually looking for a paper tote. MIL said she'd keep an eye out for me.
Fast forward to yesterday, she called me to tell me that she was looking at a paper tote and would it fit my needs? I said it would, she said she'd get it for me etc etc. She got me the CIS Paper Taker. (Yes, I really am totally spoiled) But then she said "Oh btw they're out of cricuts." I was kind of surprised but since I was chasing Molly all over Panera Bread, I just told her Oh well and got off the phone real fast.
So today, I made her a 4x4 album to thank her for the paper taker. And when I went over there she hand me the paper taker (which is pretty cool, btw) and then hands me the cricut!
I was really happily surprised! What a great MIL, huh?
LOL, well that's quite a long story.
But can you tell I'm excited. I'm off to find a Disney cartridge somewhere now.
