Signing on. I'll have to go back and get caught up though.
I run about 3 miles most workdays during lunch. Well, it's been a little cold lately so I've been DISing instead, but when it gets warmer I'll be back out there. I had to get more active to help the ol' cholesterol and blood pressure. It would be so cool to do the half marathon someday.

I can't wait for our trip alone in 2011.
don't ask on the names...but as a kid I had pet mice...what was my Mom thinking and one was black and white and named Oreo
Hey Glenn! Glad to have another runner on board.

I'm real good at sitting on my butt and doing lots of time on the computer.
The down side is I get paranoid when someone is running on the TM behind me, what if they are watching my butt bounce around!
It's mesmerizing I'm sure!
Does research count as planning?
I'd hear the speaker's voice coming back on to tell me it was time to run again and I would be thinking, "Please! Not yet! I haven't gotten my breath back."
The last run was VERY difficult and I really didn't think I was going to be able to finish it. I admit I stopped a few seconds short of the expected 90, but I'm not going to beat myself up over that.

I just finished the first disc of Pride and Prejudice - the one with Colin Firth. I am so loving it!
) so I have not been out to run since Sunday afternoon. *CRUD*
