I saw you were thinking of CSR. That is one I want to try and I've been thinking it would be great without the kids. Those rooms are just gorgeous.

You know, Car, I lost allot of weight years ago. 65 lbs after my youngest was born back in 1985. I joined WW and became a Lifetime member once I reached my goal. I am still at my goal weight and I found that this became a LIFE STYLE CHANGE for me. I worked so hard to lose all that weight that I knew I was not ever going back, ever.
Writing everything in your log is AWESOME!!!
One thing I do is wear a pedometer ALL OF THE TIME. Clip it on my jeans every morning. I record my steps DAILY in my journal always striving to go one step more than the day before....sure there are days that I do not walk as many steps as I would have liked or should have....but I do not look back....just forward and try the very next day to walk one step MORE.![]()
It will totally amaze you how many steps an active Mom, like yourself walks. Try a pedometer and log that in your journal.
What do you mean the size? The size of the property?
