I am wondering about this. I know the cost is about the same as Mr potatoe head, right? But what kind of accesorries can you pick from? Do they have ponies that are just Disney? Does anyone have pics of any of this neat new stuff? I am going down in Sept and this is a great idea to get DD for her birthday. Any input would be great!!!!

They have some different accessories- Disney type Princess hats skirts ect.. I didn't notice a difference in any of the ponies from what they have at local stores. It is a very cute area of the store though and if your DD is into this you will be there for a while. Sorry no pictures.

What kind of acc are they? As my DD4 pointed out, "my ponies don't have holes!" Are they all things that can be tied around the ponies? Do they go with the normal MLPs? Confused...

In December we picked up- little raincoats and rain hats, skirts, satin hats with tule at the top (like a cone shaped birthday hat), blue shoes, a popcorn machine, picnic blanket, plastic bed, pink vanity and a little boom box that played a little tune (I think). We were able to get all the accessories we wanted in the box and I limited her to one pony so they all fit in the box.

I think it was worth $18. You could just bring a few MLP w/ you and get all the accessories. I would take a photo but I am not sure how to post one here.

No, the ponies aren't different from the store. We were there in December and they had Fluttershy, Minty, and a few others which my DD already had. They have some that are already packaged in a box and dressed like the princesses, I don't remember how much, I am thinking$16-18.00?!? Otherwise you could pack your own box with whatever accessories you wanted. But like I said, the MLP they offered were ponies my DD already had. So, if I am reading your question right, No, they don't have any special Disney ponies.

I had more fun stuffing the box then my 4 year old DD! :goodvibes I put 2 ponies in my box, and a bunch of accessories! More than worth it, i think it was $18. I'm not positive on the price though!

Thanks everyone for the lists and such. DD has some ponies already so I will pack those along with MR potatoe. I guess I will be going mostly for accesories. I definatly want the popcorn cart and radio. Too cute!!! These take me back to my childhood so I too will probably have more fun than DD but she will thank me for it later.

We did buy a special Disney pony at Mouse Gear (in Epcot). I don't remember much about her, since she was a gift for a friend and we don't have her, but it seems like she was a "regular" pony with princess accessories.

We got the ponies at Once Upon a Toy in DTD. The kids only wanted two of the ponies, but there were four available when we were there. They were out of the Belle outfits, but they did have the hat. Here is a pic of the stuff we got in one box. The kids said there were a few other small pieces, but I don't know where they are right now. I had as much fun as the girls trying to stuff all this stuff in one box, but we did it!

Thanks Mimif1!!!! Those are so cute. I love the hats and that popcorn cart is too adorable. We will definatly be hitting this when we go down in September.

Thanks for the pic!!Dd is now very excited, even ds wants one :rotfl2: ,so I guess I'll be spending quite a bit in Downtown Disney! :flower:

Does anyone have the my pretty pony from a few years ago? DD had a ton and handed them down to younger sister and she loves them. This would be awesome for accessories without having to purchase ponies. I guess I was wondering if they would fit them too. Thanks!!!!! :sunny: :flower:

Did you get all that in one box?

Also, RoRoLovesEeeee, your daugher is so cute.

Hello! My daughter just turned 2 so I'm kind of new to My Little Pony stuff. So, this may be a really stupid question, but how would a pony "hang on to" a Mickey bar or balloon? I bought those for DS along with the special hands for his Mr. Potato, but I'm not sure what you would do with them for My Little Pony. Any advice for this "newbie" Little Pony mom is appreciated. :)

Thank you mimif1 for posting the picture...my daughter is a big My Little Pony fan as I was oh so long ago, what a fun idea to have accessories, does anyone know if they also have this at Disneyland too, we never saw this when we were at WDW? I am going to DL next month so I can find out for myself, but it would be nice to have a heads up.

We have quite the collection of Mr. Potato head parts and its the first toy my daughters friends go for when the come over, I know they would have the same reaction to Disney MLP.

Yep! I put the popcorn cart in the bottom and packed all the clothes in every little space around it. We actually got a few more pieces in there that I couldn't find. I just sat right down on the floor packing that box while the kids brought stuff for it. I had as much fun as the kids! :rotfl:
