lovin' your tr! loved the pretrip report too! shared all yur cute outfit ideas with dd and she is now going wild planning things for her kids for our trip in april...we are even doing us some things to get in the spirit! you mentioned in your report about the walmart in clermont and i was wondering if you had any info { since you lived in orlando }about outlet stores that sell disney stuff/ i read soemwhere about it but would love to hear about it form soemone in the 'know'...also i am hoping to persuade dsil to leave for disney in the afternoon of the day before we are to check in and stay the night on the road...we get out of school early that day{ i'm a pre-k asst. and dgd is in k-g and we are on same schedule !} and could make it to orlando about 11 or so and get a cheap hotel...$37 sounds great! would be a great surprise for the kids ,their not gonna be able to sleep anyways knowing we are leaving .plan is to leave at aorund midnight and drive all night...would rather get a room downthere and have a place just to lay our heads and dream our disney dreams! can't wait to read more of your report and love all your pix...

Day 2 but first day at the World Pt 2


So Where was I ??
Oh Yeah it was getting late it was around 6...
so we head to the bus stop to head over to the Contemporary Because we had a dinner date with Mickey mouse & Pals at Chef Mickey's.

We get there and the hotel is packed with people trying to get a seat for dinner
i wanted to yell out !! Come on people you need ADR's these days don't you Dis ...... Hee hee But I didn't i just waited nicely for them to be turned away Oh well !! I do hope they found a place to eat.

We get check in and get our buzzer so we can go play till it beeps and buzz's

we got out on the outside deck of the Contemporary to look at the magic kingdom it looked so pretty

By this time our buzzer was going off it was time for dinner
So we headed in our table was right in front of the food very easy to get to without the long walk .

they got our drink orders same as last time
Jason "tea"
Me "Coke"
James "sprite"
Alexis "Coke"
They go get it
and it was time to get our food But right before i could get up minnie showed up
She signed Alexis Book

Then James Book

It was off to a great start

and one with both

Then After Minnie left I head to get the kids some food
James got chicken strips, pizza & Corn

Alexis Got pizza Mac& cheese Mickey heads, Mashed Potatos & Corn

While I was geting my food my boy showed up .. so i totally missed him this time around ..

He's such a cutie ...

I came back with my food to find out i had missed my favorite guy.
but it was ok i knew he would be back besides i had all this great looking food in front of me and was hungry

while i was eating jason went to get his plate and he knew i was going to get a photo so he made his plate neat this time around.

Then it was time to party

Then the big Cheese come over to us finally

he spent a good bit of time with us

by this time we were done eating ..
review .. The food was so good as always we love it here..
the prime rib was the best, the Mashed Potatos were so good Overall great place to eat with great friends coming over to the table ..

we paid $ 0 Thanks disney for free dinning

then we headed off to the magic kingdom so we could get a bus back to pop

When we got to pop we saw this little guy and we ended up seeing him every nite at pop. we named him hoppy

Anyone else saw hoppy at pop??

We got back to the room and the kids fell right to sleep

Day 3 Early Morning Breakfast at the Crystal Palace, Lots of Magic & Dreams at Magic kingdom, Coming up Soon ....

Oh my gosh, I saw hoppy too !!! My friends and I spotted him on our 2nd night and then saw him at least 2 or 3 other times. How funny! I told our paths may have crossed!!

Hi Amanda!! Argh!! I got back from our trip and hit the floor running, I am just now having a little time to check in. I am so excited!! I am loving your TR, I am so ready to go back, especially when you get on here(Disboards) and start reading. I told my husband Disney must cast a spell on you or something. Only back three weeks and could pack up and leave tomorrow. I can't wait to read more.

hello everyone, ok where was I ??
OH YEAH !!!!!
Day 3 Our 1st full day at Disney... Magic Kingdom style !!

I get up at 6am to Staighten my hair (which will be the last day while we are at disney you will see why )
get dress and get jason & the kids up so they can get dress also because we have a early date with pooh pals and friends at the Crystal Palace so we get to the bus stop and off we go to the magic kingdom.

we get off the bus and make the long walk around to the bag check , then we waited for about 5mins till they let us in ..

ok remember when i said it will be the last time i Staighten my hair this trip .. if you look at that photo my hair is curling back up all that time was wasted , so you will see that the rest of the trip my hair will be curly ...
ok back to disney ..
so they let us in ... and off we go
don't you just love to walk in to the magic kingdom and no one but workers are in the view..

this is why i love disney so much its just feels magical

Oh While we were on the bus i met a diser (i'm sorry i don't remember your name thanks tho!! ) and she took this photo of my family

we get to the Crystal Palace and check in ..
so we start taking photo's

then jason takes one of me & the kids

then they start calling the 1st ones in to the Crystal Palace and guess who those 1st people are ... Yep Us !!!!
so we go in, and get our seat
I head Staight to the bar, we are on a misson today! We need to see pooh & pals , eat as fast as we can so we can be 1st at the rope drop so we can wake up tink .

By that time we where done and the park still was not open Yeah !! we knew we done good ..
we signed our slips and off we go

Review .. The food was so good as always.. but By noon we were hungry again. and we ate alot of food while there..
So We will never use a TS for breakfast ever again! it just felt wasted ..
if we want to do breakfast we will pay out of pocket..

So we left our strollers at the crystal, I sent jason to get fast passes for thunder mt . The kids & I headed toward Cinderella's Castle, but 1st we stopped for a photo

We walk inside and i see people all around the rope and i was like oh no ... we are to late !!
But as i walk closer i see that they are waiting for their table to go eat.
We are the 1st at the robe..YES!!!!!

my kids didn't know about tink yet, so I tell them
Me "when the rode drops Run as fast as you can inside that store and yell can we wake up tink PLease !! "
James=" why do we have to run "
Me= " if you don't someone will beat you in there and ask 1st ..."

Well thats all i need to say , James said
James = " no one is going to beat me in there, don't worry mom I got this "
Me= " Game On "
James = "Yep Game On momma"
I smile ..
Alexis = "why do we have to run again"
Me = "Just follow james sweetie "
Alexis = " ok Momma "
So We wait..

ok, since I'm fairly new to this Disney stuff do you have to eat breakfast at Crystal Palace in order to get into MK while it is still pretty empty or is there another way? Also How early did you get there to be the first at the rope and can you do that just by going to the MK early? Thanks for your help.

Great photos of your family. I'm so jealous, hope my kids will pose that good in front of the castle. (I doubt they will though). You must have gotten there really early for it to be so empty. May I ask what time? I have ressies at CP, but not until 9:20. I'm worried it isn't early enough.

Day 3 pt 2 Game on...

we wait and the guy at the rope looks over to the side ..
Rope Guy =" why did they let their rope down already "
Me= " Come on, Please don't do this. if you know they let them go early don't let them beat us into the store .. "
Robe guy = "you two come here"
he was talking to James & Alexis
Robe guy= "run kids "
The kids run into the store
Then HE let the Rope down slowly
I run in to the store..
by then James and Alexis was getting told yes you can wake up TINK !!!

they got award card for waking her up james came up to me and said
James=" That was just magical momma we are having such a magical day huh "

Then we head to dumbo
the line is still small so we jump in line and we see Jason/daddy so I hand him the camera and we get on

The kids love dumbo

We get off and the kids tell their daddy all about tink !
so we ride peter pan ,then its a small world , Hunted Mansion
While we were getting off the dream team was there and won another dream

it was 2 PINS LANYARD SET Thanks disney !! they were Very cool but it was very hot outside so we didn't wear them long. in the bag they went after a hour ...
So we went & rode the pirates and Aladdin ride then head to thunder mt to use our fast passes that jason got us but it was closed down ..
so we went on splash mt
the kids loved it but our butts got really wet ...

by that time Thunder mt was open again and we went right on
It was alexis 1st time and she loved it !!!!!
then after we headed to tomorrow land
but on our way we saw peter & Wendy

This Peter was great he was the best peter i have ever seen

very good with the kids ..

we will see this peter alot and the next few days

We get to tomorrow land and we go get fast passes for buzz and go see the laugh floor The kids loved it ..
Then we went on Stitch

Alexis did not like when stitch spited water at her ..she didn't want to ride this ride ever again she said the stitch ride was just to gross for her ...
We ride buzz which is the kids & Jason's favorite ride

then we went to toon town and rode the rollor coaster there and head back over to phil magic

By then we where hungry so we went to Pacos Bill's Mmmmm

after eating we went to ride its a small world again

by that time it started to look like it was going to rain to we headed over to pop resort because we had rode most everything at the Magic kingdom
we get to the room and i see new towel animals in our window

We stayed at pop the rest of the night we went swimming and we used SC to get a big bag of chips and dip and a few cakes for dinner
Then later that night i get woke up to Alexis getting sick ..
so we had to get mousekeeping down to change the bed..
she only got sick once that night she did say her belly hurt still tho.

Day 4 mgm Someone will lose something ... what will it be ? coming soon
